10:15 AM Youth Committee Intro Main Stage Introducing Mae Mae & Emmasyn Rose!
10:20 AM Community Expo Hours Hall / Booths Guests enjoy info booths, local business chat, club sign-ons, and free offers.
11:00 AM Kids Dance-Off Main Stage Playlist requests taken. Free tea/coffee for parents; sno cones available for purchase.
11:30 AM Market & Services Hall / Booths Purchase handmade goods; register for local family assistance services

12:00 PM Youth Showcase Main Stage Youth Performers take the stage + Local Business Promotions.
12:45 PM Final Performance Main Stage Last call for Eventbrite registrations for the draw.
1:00 PM Prize Draw & Thanks Main Stage Eventbrite Prize Draw. Official closing thank yous.
1:15 PM Bump Out Begins Stall Areas Stallholders may begin packing down.
1:45 PM Event Conclusion Venue-wide Hall must be clear for volunteer final pack down.
